AIQU is seeking a dynamic Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai as a replacement. This role is ideal for individuals with a hunter mentality and extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the tech, data, or financial compliance sectors. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on attracting top talent and meeting ambitious targets.

On this Position, You Will be Involved with:

End-to-End Recruitment Management: Taking charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top-tier candidates.

Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure the suitability of candidates for specific roles. Providing candidates with a positive recruitment experience and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including educational institutions and businesses, to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements. Collaborating closely with clients to develop recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to their needs.

Target Achievement: Driving towards and surpassing recruitment targets set at three multiples of their salary through strategic candidate sourcing, relationship management, and effective negotiation. Monitoring progress towards targets and adjusting recruitment strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.

Market Research and Analysis: Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the tech, data, and financial compliance sectors. Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging recruitment opportunities and challenges and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
