Are you ready to lead a team of SAP recruiters to new heights while also driving business development and 360-degree recruitment efforts? Goldbridge Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Team Leader to join our innovative team.
As the SAP Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of SAP recruiters, ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment projects and driving excellence in SAP talent acquisition. In addition to leading the SAP recruitment team, you will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SAP recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team achieves its recruitment goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
SAP Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for SAP professionals, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and facilitating successful placements. Leverage your expertise in SAP recruitment to identify top talent, match candidates with client requirements, and drive successful outcomes.
Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to expand Goldbridge Tech's client base and revenue streams within the SAP recruitment space. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
360-Degree Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both clients and candidates, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, staffing needs, and culture to effectively fulfill recruitment requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recruitment solutions to address their talent acquisition challenges.
Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies within the SAP recruitment space. Use your insights to identify opportunities for business growth, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and provide thought leadership to clients and candidates.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, productivity, and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve recruitment targets. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and HR, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of recruitment projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise to support recruitment initiatives.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of recruitment excellence and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SAP recruitment and talent acquisition. Invest in your personal and professional development to enhance your skills, knowledge, and expertise in the field.
