Vetting and Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and background checks to ensure all candidates meet SANZA's strict vetting requirements, including compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Placement and Onboarding: Match suitable candidates to appropriate secondary school roles in London, facilitating their smooth transition and integration into the school environment. This includes assistance with relocation and acclimatization support.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client schools, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
