Uncapped Earnings: There is no cap on the amount of commission a consultant can earn. This allows for unlimited earning potential, directly correlating with the effort and results produced.

Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses: In addition to regular commissions, we offer bonuses for meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. These bonuses provide immediate rewards for short-term achievements and encourage consistent performance.
