Develop expertise in business intelligence recruitment, staying abreast of industry trends and building a strong network of candidates and clients within the sector.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier IT talent, conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.

Stay informed about the IT and business intelligence job markets in the UK and Europe, identifying key players, salary benchmarks, and emerging trends.

Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement. Manage the offer process and provide support to both parties.

Meet and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the overall success of Ikons Global.
