Commission Structure & Incentives
We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and a non-KPI driven environment. You'll have the opportunity for equity after proven success and excellent career progression. Enjoy early finishes on Fridays at 3:30 PM, no micromanagement, and a friendly atmosphere with genuine people. As a valued member of our small company with significant financial backing, you will benefit from pre-scripted materials to handle objections and win more business. There's no commission threshold, so you start earning from your first deal. With incredible scope for advancement, we aim to grow to 15+ staff within the next two years in a healthy competitive environment.
Our commission structure is as follows:
£0 - £10K: 10%
£10K - £20K: 15%
£20K - £30K: 20%
£30K+: 25%
