About the Role:

As a 360 Contract Desk Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, gaining exposure to diverse IT sectors, high-profile roles, and dynamic markets. Working closely with senior team members, you'll manage recruitment projects, delivering highly skilled candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior team members to recruit across the spectrum of the market, from Java developers to Cloud engineers.

Manage recruitment projects, sourcing, identifying, and selecting candidates for high-value vacancies across the UK and Europe.

Conduct candidate meetings, prepare candidate profile documents, and manage candidate profiles in line with search requirements.

Generate leads and contact information through research and networking, developing client relationships within focused sectors.

Identify past employers and contacts of contractors to obtain briefs for new recruitment opportunities.

Proactively contact lapsed and current clients for new briefs, expanding opportunities by exploring contractors' experiences with other Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
