ALR's commission structure is straightforward and rewarding, offering the following rates based on personal revenue generated by consultants:

For revenues between £0 and £4,999, consultants earn a 10% commission, up to £500 (rounded up).

For revenues between £5,000 and £9,999, consultants earn a 15% commission, up to £750 (rounded up).

For revenues of £10,000 and above, consultants earn a 20% commission, with no upper limit.


Bonus Program

In addition to commissions, ALR offers generous bonuses to consultants who achieve exceptional results:

Consultants who generate over £150,000 in personal revenue in a calendar year receive a £5,000 bonus.

Consultants who exceed £200,000 in personal revenue in a calendar year receive an additional £7,000 bonus, bringing the total potential bonus to £12,000 for the year.


Total RewardsALR's financial benefits package provides our consultants with the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings based on their performance and contributions to the company.
