Magnus Search, a leading recruitment firm specializing in aviation, is seeking a talented and experienced 360 Aviation Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or be based in our London office. 

As a 360 Aviation Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting top aviation talent to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements within the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various aviation roles.

Proactively build and maintain a network of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networking events.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.

Actively participate in client meetings, providing expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the aviation industry.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.

Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge in aviation recruitment.

Collaborate with the Magnus Search team to optimize recruitment processes, share market knowledge, and support business growth initiatives.

Continuously contribute to enhancing the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client and candidate expectations.
