Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 UX/UI Recruiter to join our team in London. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UX/UI industry and be able to identify top talent for our company. 

This individual will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities:

Source and identify top UX/UI talent using various methods including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.

Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand talent pool.
