As a Senior 360 Recruiter at Navigate Search, specializing in wealth management, you'll lead pivotal talent acquisition efforts within the sector. Leveraging your expertise in business development and full-cycle recruitment, you'll identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates within premier wealth management firms. Whether working hybrid in New York or fully remote, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of executive search within the wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development initiatives to generate new client leads and expand Navigate Search's presence within the wealth management sector, leveraging your industry expertise and network to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to address them effectively.
