This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model from our vibrant North London office.

As a Senior 360 IT Recruitment Consultant at Octopus Computer Associates, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their technical staffing requirements, and offering strategic solutions.

Employing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract and engage top-notch IT talent.

Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical proficiencies, experience, and cultural compatibility.

Leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to effectively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records and streamlined processes.

Collaborating closely with clients and candidates, facilitating a seamless recruitment experience and providing timely feedback.

Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry, equipping you to offer valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.

Assuming the role of a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
