We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team, focusing on software development roles in the Belenux market (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). 

This 100% remote position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 GBP, complemented by an 18% flat rate commission on successful placements.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities within the Belenux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) IT market. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates. 

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and leveraging professional platforms. 

Source, pitch, and acquire new clients in the software development sector. 

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends. 

Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on software development roles. 

Utilize various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms to identify and engage top talent. 

Remote Setup:

Independently set up a remote workspace with essential tools, including a dual-screen setup, phone, laptop, and LinkedIn Recruiter access. 

Ensure a high level of professionalism and productivity while working remotely. 

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the team to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence. 

Seek support from team members and actively contribute to a positive team culture.
