Day-to-Day Duties:

Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.

Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team targets.
