Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated 360 Construction Recruiter to join our team in London. As a 360 Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of roles within the construction industry, including site managers, project managers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Understand and interpret client job descriptions and specifications, and identify suitable candidates to meet their requirements.

Maintain accurate records and manage data in the company's CRM system.

Negotiate salaries and contracts with clients and candidates.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build the company's brand and expand its reach.

Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activity and performance.
