We are seeking a skilled 360 Recruiter specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our ambitious team.

Position Overview:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both clients and candidates.

Develop expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, staying abreast of industry trends, and cultivating a deep understanding of client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector, contributing to the growth and success of Janikin Energy.
