We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 IT and digital agency recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a range of IT and digital agency positions across the UK.

The day to day activities of the role:

Identify and approach potential candidates for IT and digital agency positions through a range of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen candidates through phone and in-person interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role and the organization.

Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill their vacancies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, creating job descriptions, advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
