About the Job
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contract Account Manager to join our niche finance recruitment desk, specialising exclusively in 3D Design and Animation. Based fully on-site at our Blagoevgrad office, you will manage the end-to-end contract recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of financial services clients who require highly specialised creative talent for financial visualisation, VR banking experiences, and complex data animation projects. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between the fast-paced finance sector and the cutting-edge world of 3D design.
In this role, you will not just be filling roles; you will be acting as a strategic consultant to both your clients and your candidates. You will be expected to understand the nuances of 3D modelling, rigging, and rendering pipelines well enough to accurately screen technical portfolios and match animators to specific financial campaigns. Building long-lasting relationships is key, as many of our contract placements extend into long-term, rolling engagements.
Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving your own desk forward. With 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, you already know the fundamentals of resourcing, qualifying, and negotiating. Now, you are ready to focus your efforts on a highly lucrative, specialised vertical where your expert knowledge will directly impact your billing and career progression.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle from taking detailed briefs to negotiating day rates and finalising contracts for 3D design and animation roles within the finance sector.
Source and headhunt passive 3D artists, animators, and technical directors using niche job boards, creative platforms like ArtStation, and direct networking.
Conduct thorough technical and cultural pre-screening of candidates, accurately assessing their 3D portfolios (Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine) against specific financial visualisation requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of vetted contract talent ready to be deployed for urgent financial product launches, investor pitch animations, and metaverse banking initiatives.
Grow and nurture existing client relationships while proactively pitching your available contract talent to new finance companies and creative agencies serving the financial sector.
Handle all contract administration, including compliance, right-to-work checks, margin negotiations, and liaising with our internal finance and legal teams.
Stay current with industry trends in both the finance sector and 3D animation technology to position yourself as a true market expert during client and candidate interactions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly billing targets by maintaining high activity levels and ensuring a seamless placement experience.
