What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the asset management and FinTech sectors, focusing on client retention and revenue expansion
Translate complex 5G technology offerings into actionable asset management strategies for clients, ensuring they understand the operational and financial benefits
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders at client organisations to align our roadmap with their objectives
Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, coordinating closely with our technical and product teams in Blagoevgrad to ensure swift resolution
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working towards individual and team revenue targets
Monitor industry trends in both digital creative fintech and 5G advancements to proactively advise clients on future-proofing their investment strategies
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling case studies and tailored presentations for prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data within the company CRM, providing regular forecasting reports to the leadership team
