About the Job
We are seeking an accomplished 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Blagoevgrad, focusing exclusively on high-volume contract staffing across niche verticals including FinTech, 3D Design, Animation, and Digital Marketing. Operating within a hybrid work arrangement, you will take full ownership of your desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from engaging new clients and mapping out niche talent pools to negotiating day rates and finalising contract placements. This temporary role demands a proactive hunter who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments and understands the unique nuances of securing short-term, specialist digital and technical talent.
Our ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically within the contract market. You will be leveraging our established brand presence while actively expanding your own network across the IT, Technology, and Digital & Creative sectors. If you have a proven track record of hitting high-margin billing targets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the gig economy within niche tech and creative markets, this role offers a highly lucrative opportunity to make an immediate impact
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Take full 360 ownership of a contract recruitment desk specialising in FinTech, 3D Design & Animation, and Digital Marketing
Source, screen, and interview specialist contract talent using advanced direct sourcing techniques and niche job boards
Identify and engage with new business opportunities, pitching contract staffing solutions to hiring managers across targeted industries
Negotiate competitive day rates and contract terms between clients and candidates to maximise desk profitability
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including compliance checks, offer management, and extending or renewing contracts
Maintain and update the internal CRM with accurate candidate and client data, pipeline activity, and market intelligence
Provide a high-touch, consultative service to both clients and contractors, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid issue resolution
Keep abreast of market trends, rate card fluctuations, and emerging technologies within the FinTech and creative technology spaces
