Based in our Blagoevgrad office, this part-time, on-site Contract Account Manager role offers a unique entry point into the fast-paced worlds of FinTech and Asset Management. You will be acting as the vital link between our portfolio of high-growth financial technology clients and our extensive network of specialised contractors. In this role, you will take ownership of managing contract placements from the moment a candidate submits their timesheet to the final invoicing stage. You will ensure seamless operational delivery, maintain meticulous compliance records, and foster strong relationships with both contractors and client hiring managers. Your day-to-day will involve resolving queries efficiently, processing contract extensions, and anticipating the needs of your assigned accounts before they even arise.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for FinTech and Asset Management contractors, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
Process and verify weekly contractor timesheets, reconciling any discrepancies with clients and candidates promptly
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contract workers, addressing payroll, compliance, and general employment queries
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client hiring managers to secure contract extensions and identify repeat business opportunities
Ensure strict adherence to right-to-work and compliance regulations specific to the financial and aerospace sectors
Track contractor renewal dates and proactively engage with clients to discuss rollover requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the internal CRM database for all contract placements
Collaborate with the wider delivery team to forecast contractor demand and address potential capacity gaps within your accounts
