About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in London. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our agency and a dedicated portfolio of key clients, ensuring their campaigns are delivered flawlessly and exceed their strategic objectives. You will be responsible for understanding each client's unique business landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating their needs into actionable plans for our internal creative and delivery teams.
This is an ideal position for a seasoned account professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses a genuine passion for the marketing sector. You will play a pivotal role in client retention and upselling, working closely with senior leadership to refine our service offerings based on real-time market feedback. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of 15-20 key accounts, managing all operational and strategic touchpoints
Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess campaign performance, present insights, and align on future objectives
Collaborate with the project management and creative teams to ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and deliverables match client expectations
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue within your existing client base
Monitor account health metrics and address potential churn risks by implementing targeted retention strategies
Prepare accurate scopes of work, manage contract renewals, and ensure all billing processes are handled efficiently
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape future service developments
