We are seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage a unique dual desk focusing on the intersection of 5G Technology and Asset Management. Based in our Blagoevgrad office, this part-time hybrid role requires you to navigate the nuanced demands of connecting highly specialized technical professionals with forward-thinking financial institutions. You will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from mapping out talent within the finance, digital, and agriculture sectors to negotiating complex offer stages.
This position is ideal for a consultant with one to three years of experience who thrives in a niche market. As 5G infrastructure becomes a critical asset class, our clients need candidates who understand both the technological capabilities and the financial implications of these networks. You will build lasting relationships with both hiring managers and senior talent, leveraging your market knowledge to deliver exceptional placement results while working a schedule that supports your work-life balance.
Operating on a part-time basis does not mean limited impact. You will be expected to maintain a high-volume pipeline, utilize advanced sourcing techniques, and contribute to our broader team strategy in Blagoevgrad. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the entire 360 recruitment cycle for both 5G Technology and Asset Management vacancies across the UK and international markets.
Source and headhunt passive candidates using specialized platforms, Boolean search techniques, and direct networking within the finance and digital sectors.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess suitability for highly specialized asset management and telecom infrastructure roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a fast turnaround on client requirements in the agriculture, creative, and finance spaces.
Negotiate salary packages, contract terms, and start dates, acting as a trusted mediator between top-tier talent and leading financial firms.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular business reviews, market updates, and strategic account management.
Utilize the internal CRM and ATS to track candidate progress, manage desk metrics, and ensure accurate data entry for all placement activities.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in 5G deployment, digital asset valuation, and agricultural technology to provide expert consultative advice to clients and candidates.
