James Scott is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead its permanent recruitment division within the NetSuite market. The role involves managing a 360 desk, developing a client base, and representing the top 1% of NetSuite consultants to over 300 end-users. This is an on-site position offering 100% employee ownership, an unbeatable commission structure, and comprehensive training.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Responsible for developing & growing a client base for the firm
Manage your own 360 permanent recruitment desk
Building out market in designated industry
Finding the best candidates in your niche market, including relationship building, writing advertisements, qualifying candidates, selling candidates on unique opportunities, pitching, and negotiating
Team Lead experience and/or willingness to train new hires
Improve confidence with subject matter experts
Organizing interviews and selection events
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Maintaining records of candidates and clients
Managing the onboarding process from inception to aftercare
Offer career counselling and guidance
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness
Review contracts of employment and liaise with legal counsel
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Making job offers and checking references on candidates
