Overview
As the Business Development Manager specializing in SAP at SAP Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy within the SAP ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise in SAP technologies and solutions, you will lead strategic business development initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and expand market presence to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the SAP ecosystem. Develop strategic business plans and sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the SAP ecosystem. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements and drive value-added partnerships.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities. Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Market Expansion: Drive market expansion initiatives by exploring new industry sectors, geographic regions, or SAP service offerings. Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our client base, and diversify revenue streams.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development initiatives. Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the SAP ecosystem.
Deep understanding of SAP technologies, solutions, and services, with the ability to articulate value propositions and drive client engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets and achieve business objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
