As a Business Development Manager at Cubiq, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand Cubiq’s market presence.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform business development strategies.
Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Lead negotiations with clients, closing deals that align with Cubiq’s objectives and growth plans.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
