About the Job
We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in London. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our agency and a dedicated portfolio of key clients, ensuring their goals are met while identifying avenues for revenue growth. You will be responsible for translating client briefs into actionable strategies, coordinating with our internal creative and technical teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
This position requires a blend of relationship-building prowess and commercial acumen. You will monitor campaign performance, lead quarterly business reviews, and proactively address any challenges before they impact client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will have a significant impact on our client retention rates and overall company growth. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all day-to-day communications and strategic discussions
Conduct detailed onboarding sessions for new clients to establish clear KPIs, deliverables, and communication protocols
Collaborate with internal departments including design, development, and marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews, analysing campaign performance data and recommending strategic pivots
Identify and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing client accounts and increase annual recurring revenue
Monitor client health metrics and proactively implement retention strategies to mitigate the risk of account churn
Facilitate annual contract renewals by demonstrating clear return on investment and aligning future services with evolving client objectives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, project statuses, and financial pipelines within the company CRM
