About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing B2B technology consultancy based in central Birmingham. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of mid-market enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Your focus will be on driving client retention, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our bespoke software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex client relationships within the UK tech or professional services sector. You will work closely with our project delivery and product teams to translate client objectives into actionable roadmaps, whilst proactively monitoring account health to prevent churn. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts our company's revenue growth and reputation for exceptional client service.
Beyond day-to-day account maintenance, you will contribute to the evolution of our customer success strategy. By analysing usage data and gathering qualitative feedback, you will champion the voice of the customer internally, helping to shape future product developments and service offerings. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for nurturing long-term partnerships, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.
