About the Job
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role focused on permanent recruitment, responsible for full-cycle recruiting while supporting business development and tender bid opportunities. The consultant will work within an ISO9001 framework across key regional areas including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, while developing expertise in search, database software, and process methodology.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Ownership of complete trainee employee development towards 360 Recruitment Consultant outputs.
Develop an understanding of Search & Database Software and Process Methodology within an ISO9001 framework.
Identify key stakeholders within organizations to support development and growth.
Develop and prepare T&C’s and COG’s and profitability drivers.
Support and prepare briefs for Talent Focus Recruitment Consultants.
Identify key stakeholders to deliver People Solutions, managing PSA’s and Tender bid opportunities.
Source relevant information to assess key success Tender PSA insights and employment services solutions.
Identify timeline, resources, and budget to deliver on time and communicate effectively to directors and staff.
Monitor Talent Focus database compliance and report weekly/monthly to directors on success and updates.
Oversee the sourcing of relevant industry information, data, insights, and innovation solutions.
Identify key market growths or triggers relevant to Tender Bids, Compliance, IT updates, and Database maintenance.
