About the Job
Join a forward-thinking UK recruitment firm as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients across multiple sectors to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent. This role requires resilience, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a 360 Consultant, you’ll manage both client development and candidate generation. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, run effective interviews, negotiate offers and guide roles through to onboarding. You will be supported by a collaborative team, modern tech stack and a clear progression path, with training and coaching to help you achieve your targets and build a long-term desk.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Develop and own a defined client portfolio, building relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
Source, screen and present candidates, manage interview processes and candidate feedback
Lead end-to-end recruitment from job brief through to offer, onboarding and acceptance
Conduct market mapping, competitor intelligence and pipeline building to anticipate hiring needs
Negotiate offers, manage expectations and close roles in a timely, professional manner
Maintain accurate CRM data, track activity, provide weekly forecasts and contribute to team reporting
Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, refine processes and drive continuous improvement
