About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Blagoevgrad office on a part-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will take ownership of a niche contract recruitment desk focusing on the intersection of technology and creativity. Specifically, you will source highly skilled professionals in 3D Design and Animation for our Aerospace and Defense clients, alongside placing FinTech and Asset Management specialists within our broader IT and Technology networks.
This is a true 360 position where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. From mapping out talent pools in the Agriculture and Farming tech space to negotiating day rates with top-tier digital creatives, your day will be varied and fast-paced. You will be expected to build lasting relationships with both hiring managers and contractors, understanding the nuances of short-term project hires in highly regulated sectors like defense and finance.
Ideal for a consultant with one to three years of agency experience who is looking for a flexible, part-time arrangement without sacrificing career progression or earning potential. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the end-to-end 360 contract recruitment process from taking briefs to securing placements and managing contractor extensions
Source and headhunt passive candidates specializing in 3D Design, Animation, and FinTech for contract roles across the UK market
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of vetted contractors ready for immediate deployment in IT, Digital, and Aerospace sectors
Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing both technical fit for asset management systems and cultural alignment for defense projects
Negotiate contract terms, day rates, and payment schedules with contractors and clients
Grow your own desk by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the agriculture technology space
Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct networking to attract niche talent
Ensure compliance with UK right-to-work regulations and industry-specific security clearances for defense contracts
