About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing B2B technology agency in central London. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal delivery teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of mid-market enterprise clients, building deep relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth.
This is an ideal position for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for translating complex client needs into actionable project briefs. You will be expected to monitor client health metrics, conduct regular strategic business reviews, and collaborate closely with our product and marketing departments to shape the future of our service offerings.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Serve as the day-to-day lead for a dedicated portfolio of 15 to 20 key accounts, managing all post-sale client interactions
Translate client business objectives into clear, detailed project requirements and timelines for the technical delivery team
Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze campaign performance, discuss ROI, and align on future strategic goals
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working alongside the sales team to negotiate contract renewals and expansions
Monitor project budgets, track resource allocation, and flag potential financial risks to senior management before they escalate
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs during product development and service improvement meetings
Resolve complex client escalations swiftly and diplomatically, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Competitive base salary of £40,000 to £50,000, supplemented by an uncapped commission structure with an on-target earnings of £65,000
