About the Job

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle for FinTech and Asset Management projects, ensuring swift onboarding, compliance, and timesheet processing
Act as the principal liaison between contracted professionals and clients operating in Digital, Aerospace, Defense, and Agriculture sectors
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to maintain high contractor engagement and proactively resolve any workplace or project issues
Oversee contract extensions, rate negotiations, and renewal processes to maximize contractor retention and client satisfaction
Ensure strict adherence to compliance and security protocols, particularly when handling sensitive data for defense and financial clients
Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to identify gaps in the contractor workforce and pipeline specialized talent ahead of client demands
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and contractor management systems, tracking assignment progress and billing milestones
Monitor market trends and contractor availability within the Blagoevgrad region to provide competitive rate advice to clients and candidates
