About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Blagoevgrad office on a part-time, on-site basis. In this niche contract recruitment desk, you will focus on the intersection of accounting, finance, 5G technology, and FinTech. You will be responsible for managing the full 360-cycle for contract placements, identifying highly skilled finance professionals for ground-breaking projects within the rapidly evolving 5G and financial technology sectors.
This role is perfectly suited for a rising star with one to three years of recruitment or sales experience who wants to carve out a specialist niche. You will be supported by an established back-office infrastructure while enjoying the autonomy to build your own contract desk. Given the highly technical nature of 5G financial modelling, FinTech compliance, and telecoms accounting, your ability to grasp complex commercial concepts and translate them into candidate searches will be critical to your success.
Working on-site from our Blagoevgrad hub, you will engage with UK-based clients and candidates, navigating a dynamic market where traditional finance meets cutting-edge connectivity. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Take ownership of a contract recruitment desk specialising in finance and accounting roles within the 5G and FinTech sectors
Source, screen, and interview top-tier contract professionals using direct sourcing, headhunting, and job boards
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates ready for immediate deployment on short-term and long-term contracts
Identify and engage new client businesses in the UK, pitching contract staffing solutions for their 5G rollout and FinTech scaling projects
Manage the end-to-end placement process, including salary negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance checks
Conduct thorough candidate referencing and right-to-work checks specific to UK accounting and financial regulations
Track market trends, competitor activity, and day rates within the telecoms and financial technology contracting space
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, client meetings, and placed revenue
