James Scott is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow its permanent NetSuite division. This 360 desk role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and headhunting top-tier NetSuite consultants to candidate placement and onboarding. The position offers significant earning potential through a market-leading commission structure within a 100% employee-owned, rapidly growing firm.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Develop and grow a client base for the firm.
Manage a 360 permanent recruitment desk representing the top 1% of NetSuite consultants.
Build out the market in a designated industry and find the best niche candidates.
Lead and train new hires while building relationships, advertising, qualifying candidates, and negotiating.
Organize interviews, prepare applicants, and maintain detailed candidate and client records.
Manage the onboarding process from inception through to aftercare and offer career counseling.
Utilize social media for advertising, attracting candidates, and headhunting passive talent.
Review recruitment policies and contracts of employment in liaison with legal counsel.
