We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Account Manager to join our growing team on a part-time, remote basis. Operating at the intersection of finance, IT and technology, and agriculture, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients utilising our niche services in 3D design and animation, customer success, and digital marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their 3-5 years of experience in a flexible role based in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between our creative and technical teams and our client base, ensuring that project deliverables align perfectly with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining high retention rates, identifying opportunities for contract renewals, and translating complex client needs into actionable roadmaps for our 3D animators and marketing specialists. Your deep understanding of how digital transformation impacts both tech-driven financial services and modern agricultural operations will be critical to your success.
Because this is a contract desk focused on project-based work, you must be comfortable managing multiple short-to-medium-term engagements simultaneously. You will track project profitability, negotiate statement of work amendments, and ensure seamless handovers between the sales and delivery phases. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage and nurture a contract-based portfolio of clients across the finance, technology, and agricultural sectors, focusing on 3D design, customer success, and digital marketing deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing regular updates on project timelines, budgets, and milestones
Collaborate closely with 3D animation and digital marketing teams to translate client briefs into precise creative and technical specifications
Drive customer success initiatives by analysing client data, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that increase contract value
Monitor contract performance metrics, manage scope creep, and negotiate change orders to protect profitability
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment and secure contract renewals
Utilise CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, project statuses, and pipeline opportunities
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to expand our footprint in the AgTech and FinTech spaces
