About the Job
We are expanding our Blagoevgrad office and looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. Focusing exclusively on the contract market, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across three highly specialised verticals: FinTech within the broader finance sector, Cybersecurity in the Aerospace and Defense space, and Customer Success across IT and Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with one to three years of agency experience who wants to step away from generic high-street recruitment and build a lucrative desk in niche, high-demand markets.
In this 360 role, you will be deeply embedded in your market from day one. You will be expected to source passive talent, map out key competitor organisations, and engage with both startup scale-ups and established defense contractors. Because we operate on a contract basis, the pace is fast, the requirements are ever-changing, and the financial rewards for placing the right cybersecurity analysts or FinTech product managers are substantial.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the entire 360 contract recruitment cycle from taking a thorough brief to negotiating offer terms and ensuring smooth onboarding
Sourcing and headhunting passive candidates specifically within FinTech, Cybersecurity (Defense), and Customer Success disciplines
Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and technical pre-assessments tailored to IT and defense clearances
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of contract professionals ready for immediate deployment in fast-paced technology environments
Growing your own client portfolio through targeted business development calls, LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging existing network connections
Negotiating contract rates, margin structures, and payment terms with both clients and contractors
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using the internal CRM database
Providing market intelligence and salary/rate benchmarking to clients to help shape their contract hiring strategies
