VIQU, a specialist IT and technology recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its Major Accounts team in Birmingham. This client-facing role focuses on maximizing opportunities within an existing client base, strengthening relationships, and driving growth through exceptional service. The successful candidate will act as a trusted recruitment partner, collaborating with decision-makers to identify hiring needs and ensure the delivery team provides effective recruitment solutions.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage and grow new, lapsed and existing relationships across major accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
Develop account strategies to identify opportunities for expansion (“land and expand”).
Build relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers at all levels.
Proactively arrange and attend client meetings, lunches, dinners, and site visits to strengthen engagement.
Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, business structures, and hiring challenges.
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure roles are filled quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in CRM.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent client experience.
Achieve and exceed agreed client development and revenue targets.
