About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing in-house resourcing team in London. In this role, you will act as a true hiring partner to senior business leaders, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of mid to senior-level roles across Technology, Finance, and Operations. You will not just be filling seats; you will be shaping our workforce strategy and enhancing our employer brand in a highly competitive market.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to define talent requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilising Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct headhunting techniques
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from initial candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding
Conduct thorough competency-based telephone and face-to-face interviews to accurately assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
Build and nurture a strong passive talent pipeline to ensure swift mobilisation for future business-critical hiring needs
Analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Champion diversity and inclusion best practices throughout the attraction and selection process
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted employer brand campaigns and enhance our social media presence
