About the Job
We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Birmingham office. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, managing everything from initial client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and placement. You will operate within a dedicated desk focusing on the engineering and manufacturing sectors, building out your own portfolio of clients and candidates while receiving support from an established team of senior consultants.

You will be joining a boutique, specialist agency that prides itself on delivering a consultative service rather than a transactional one. We value quality over quantity and have built an outstanding reputation in the Midlands market over the last decade. If you have a proven track record in resourcing or recruitment and are ready to step up into a true 360 capacity, we want to hear from you.
