Role Overview:
As a 360 SAP Recruiter at SAP Staffing, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, specializing in SAP-related positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of SAP professionals.
Screening and Evaluation - Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for SAP-related roles.
Client Interaction - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, provide regular updates on candidate progress, and facilitate the interview and selection process.
Talent Management - Maintain relationships with existing candidates and proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Market Research - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively advise clients and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly.
