As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Surge Group, you play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, managing end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. Your tasks include sourcing candidates, nurturing client relationships, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. With your expertise and interpersonal skills, you ensure a seamless recruitment experience, matching exceptional talent with exciting opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent aligned with client requirements.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, providing updates on candidate progress, offering strategic recruitment advice, and exploring opportunities for business development.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client specifications and cultural fit.
