As a 360 IT Recruiter at Tech Heads, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
