About the Job
We are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving specialist desk in Manchester. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from generating your own business pipeline and headhunting passive candidates to managing the interview process and negotiating offers. You will be stepping into a warm desk with an established client base, allowing you to hit the ground running while actively expanding your network.

What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to secure new clients and grow existing key accounts
Utilise multi-channel sourcing techniques, including direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board advertising, to identify top-tier talent
Conduct thorough candidate qualification to ensure alignment with client requirements, culture fit, and career aspirations
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure a fast turnaround on live roles
Provide a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates, offering market insights and advice throughout the placement process
Achieve and exceed monthly billing targets and KPIs, including activity metrics, send-outs, and interview generation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, placements, and client information using the internal CRM system
