Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage clients through business development activities, including client and candidate calls and meetings.
Business Development: Win new business and promote Cesna Group’s services to your clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate business terms and build lasting client relationships.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through headhunting, online advertising, social networking, and database searches.
Interviewing: Conduct screening, phone, and on-site interviews.
Candidate Introduction: Introduce qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
Offer Management: Negotiate offers, close sales, and ensure successful candidate placements.
Client Retention: Win repeat business by delivering exceptional service and results.
