At SK Consultancy Solutions, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Our commission structure and incentives are designed to motivate and incentivize Trainee Resource Consultants to excel in their roles and achieve their goals.
Commission Structure for Trainee Resource Consultants:
Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000, with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of £40,000 in the first year.
Uncapped Monthly Commission: Earn up to 30% commission on your placements, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
