Commission Structure & Incentives
At Pinpoint Partners, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our team's hard work and dedication through a competitive commission structure and a range of incentives.
For our Graduate Recruiters, we offer a starting salary of £26,000 with a 10% commission on all fees, and there's no threshold to meet. Once you've billed £150,000, you'll receive a raise to £30,000, and promotions are available once you've billed £250,000.
Experienced Recruiters enjoy a commission structure that's hard to beat—2 times their base salary as a quarterly threshold, with a generous 45% commission on all fees.
But the incentives don't stop there. We offer additional rewards for our managers, including a £2,500 pay rise for every trainee recruiter they mentor who reaches billing status, along with a 10% override.
