As a Recruitment Consultant at Maxwell Marshall, you'll start with a base salary of £24,000, offering a stable foundation as you embark on your recruitment journey. In addition to this base, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions, typically around 20%, based on your performance and successful placements. This commission structure is designed to incentivize excellence and reward your contributions to the success of our firm.

But that's not all – at Maxwell Marshall, we understand the importance of work-life balance and employee well-being. That's why we offer a range of standard incentives to enhance your experience with us. These incentives may include team holidays, days out, and other exciting perks designed to foster camaraderie and reward your hard work.

Moreover, as you progress in your career with us, you'll have access to additional benefits that set Maxwell Marshall apart. After your third year with the company, you'll become eligible for equity ownership, providing you with a stake in our success and aligning your interests with the long-term growth of the firm. Furthermore, in your fourth year, you'll have the opportunity to take a six-week sabbatical, allowing you to recharge, explore new interests, and return refreshed and rejuvenated for the next phase of your career.
