At Mane Contract Services, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Our commission structure and incentives are designed to motivate and recognize high performance, fostering a competitive and collaborative environment.
Our commission structure is highly competitive, ensuring that our recruiters are incentivized to achieve and exceed their targets. We offer a tiered commission system where the percentage of commission increases with higher levels of achievement. This structure allows our recruiters to significantly enhance their earnings based on their performance.
Recruitment Commission Scheme:
Contract Placements:
The scheme offers a commission payment of 10-18% of the Gross Margin attributable to you on all contract placements once they are paid and invoiced for the 4/4/5 weeks as set out in the Week Ending Date schedule on the Company’s Intranet.
The commission rates are tiered based on the monthly margin achieved:
£0 - £4,000 - 10; £4,001 - £10,000 -12%; £10,001 - £15,000 - 15%; £15,001+ - 18%.
There is no threshold, so margin is attributed from the first placement, and all commission payments are made one month in arrears.
Permanent and Fixed Term Contract Placements:
Any permanent placements or fixed-term contract placements you make will be added to the commission scheme and will count for starters during the entire calendar month.
Important Details:
The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the commission scheme at its discretion without notice.
All commission payments are subject to adherence to all sales processes, company rules, and the collection of relevant fees from clients.
Commission payments will only be made if you are employed by the Company and not under notice of termination (whether given by you or the Company) on the date the commission is payable. If you are under notice of termination, you will only be entitled to basic salary and any contractual benefits to which you are entitled.
