At Londinium Recruitment, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. To progress within Londinium Recruitment, you must maintain personal average billings of £100k over any rolling six-month period.
Increase Basic Salary to £40,000: Headhunt and bring in two experienced consultants. These hires must complete a full quarter to qualify.
Increase Basic Salary to £45,000: Headhunt and bring in three experienced consultants. All three must complete a full quarter to qualify.
Promotion to Divisional Manager: Upon forming a team of two experienced consultants who have each completed a full quarter, you will be promoted to Divisional Manager and receive a team override of 2% on a quarterly basis.
Quarterly Team Target Bonus: If your team hits its quarterly target, you will receive 5% of the team’s billings.
The team override and target calculations will exclude your personal billings. The team target will be set at £37.5k per quarter (£12.5k per month) for a consultant and £45k per quarter (£15k per month) for a senior consultant.
Upon achieving your targets, you will receive:

The hurdle target in any half-year period (Jan – Jun / Jul – Dec) is £50k invoiced revenue, above which you will receive a commission at 30% for the remainder of the half-year period.
Commission will be paid on all placements where a candidate has started, 1 month in arrears.
You will be considered for promotion to Recruitment Consultant upon completing 4 self-generated deals in 2 calendar months.
If promotion is awarded, your salary will be increased by £2000 per annum from the following month.

Commission Structure:
Monthly Commission: You will receive a 10% commission on your total monthly invoiced revenue.
Hurdle Target: The hurdle target in any half-year period (Jan – Jun / Jul – Dec) is £50k invoiced revenue.
Enhanced Commission: Once you surpass the £50k hurdle target within a half-year period, you will receive a commission at 30% for the remainder of that period.
This structure ensures that our recruiters are not only fairly compensated for their efforts but also incentivized to achieve higher revenue targets, leading to significantly increased earnings.
